SA Visa Link is a private immigration consultancy offering advisory and administrative support for South African visa and immigration processes. We are not affiliated with or a representative of the Department of Home Affairs or any government authority. Our services include eligibility assessments, document preparation, visa application support, and liaison services.

SA Visa Link is a trading name of Octo Trading 265 CC, a Close Corporation registered in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2004/046666/23. Any references to “SA Visa Link”, “we”, “our”, or “us” on this website or in our services refer to Octo Trading 265 CC trading as SA Visa Link.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply our expertise and take all reasonable steps to support your application, the outcome is at the sole discretion of the Department of Home Affairs or other relevant authorities. SA Visa Link cannot guarantee the approval or processing speed of any application.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide full, accurate, and honest information. SA Visa Link cannot be held responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs resulting from false, incomplete, or withheld information. Clients are responsible for attending biometrics, adhering to timelines, and complying with immigration requirements.

Fees and Payments

Fees charged by SA Visa Link cover professional consulting and administrative services only. Government filing fees, translations, courier charges, and third-party verifications (e.g. SAQA or medical reports) are excluded unless expressly stated. All services must be paid for in advance. Invoices not paid within agreed timeframes may delay application processes.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once service delivery has begun (including consultations or documentation review), fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered if no work has commenced, at the sole discretion of SA Visa Link.

Confidentiality and POPIA Compliance

We comply fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information is collected and processed solely for immigration-related services, stored securely, and shared only with authorised third parties involved in the visa process. By using our services, you consent to this processing. You may request access to your data or its deletion at any time in line with POPIA.
